Age Restriction and Access

Yes, we will have an age restriction of 14+ to enter our convention. Which means you must be 14 years of age or older to enter, unless you have permission of a parent or guardian.
Keep in mind that certain events within the convention will be 18+ (Adults only) whether or not you have permission, In which case you will need some kind of photo identification, we will be checking ID's.
If you are 14 or older you will have access to the Anime Showings, Gaming, and Vending rooms in the rare occurrence that you are not permitted to enter the event rooms. If you have any questions or concerns please contact me at clover_keat@hotmail.com and I will get back to you soon.

Rules

No abusive substances like drugs or alcohol. No smoking indoors please. Be courteous to the other attendees as well as the staff. Please keep noise level reasonable and no violence.

Please do not be rude to anyone and behave yourself. We are supposedly a more 'mature' clientèle... There will be guests checking into the hotel that aren't with our convention, so keep this in mind as well.
Glomping is fine to a certain extent, don't do it violently or maim anyone please.

Cosplay Etiquette

Our convention will be mature, meaning teenagers and adults, there wont be infants running amok. But there are still some cosplay rules and we would appreciate if every one skimmed over these if they are planning on wearing a showy costume.

Obviously we will not tolerate private parts being visible in any way. The convention is not in a closed-in area, it will be in a hotel, with other guests as well. Please do not dress in something so revealing as to disturb/upset them in any way. Keep in mind that there will also be persons of age ranging from 14-17 that are not adults, so please do not dress in anything that is overly unappropriated or offensive.

If you have any type of offensive or racist costume, you will be asked to modify/remove them.
Guys can get by without wearing a shirt, but girls can't. If you're a girl dressing up as a male character-chest bare, then please modify it to suit our rules better.
If you are a guy and are dressed as a girl, if you're planning on wearing a skirt, please wear undergarments. Please.
