Basement

As you can see, the registration desks are near the entrance, so it'll be hard for you to miss them. The staircase from here goes up to the second floor or down a level to the basement. Every one will get a schedule upon registration, additional booklets can be given out upon request.

The 2nd floor rooms are suites. The doors will be open most of the time, in the circumstance that they're closed, they will be clearly marked with a poster, so that no one accidentally tries to enter someone elses' rooms. There will be posters with directions posted here and there throughout the hotel.

The Vending room is in no set layout as of now, the layout shown is just an example and it may or may not be similar to the plan shown. If there are any questions about the plans, please contact clover_keat@hotmail.com
